Hey Pretty Flowers,
Things have been awful lately and we hope you're all doing the best you can to deal with these dark times well, and helping those in need to the best of your ability.
We love you all deeply and wanted to let you know we're finishing our mixes on this new EP and it'll be out everywhere March 22nd. It's a small positive for us, as we deal with this messed up situation, caused by the fires, that's affecting so many we love.
Let's show some kindness towards each other and do what we can.
We'll be playing a wildfire relief benefit show next Friday @birdcagecomicscafe with our friends @siamjem@typicalorgan@ravenouswolves_ & @sulphur_butterfly Come through, help us help those in need.

I was looking through old footage and damn this video is probably one of my favorite performances of this song.
A little back story, I was at a ridiculously low point in my mental health prior to playing this show. My depression had gotten so bad that it was bleeding into my everyday and really affecting things my relationships, my day job and finally my music. I was partying super hard to try and mask it but that didnt do anything but make things worse as we know it does. I was an absolute mess. I took some time to be sober and work on my mental, got into therapy again and actually did the work. Started making lists of things I should be prioritizing and could be grateful for. All that made a difference and eventually got me back to feeling like I could play music again. I came back to the stage with Memory Milk after taking a two month break from music and like a week off work because I was couch locked from being so depressed.
Ive since then been fortunate enough to make sure Im practicing gratitude every day, focused on the things I love and practice self awareness as much as possible when it comes to my mental health. Im grateful for that difficult time because it pushed me into a better place, Im still 1000% flawed but Im much more content with myself and the life Im living. Life is all about continuous growth, we make mistakes, we feel sorrow, we endure hardship but we can always find ways to get help, pick ourselves up and change things that we need to in order to keep on, keeping on. Haha
Anyway, I love you guys and wish you a fantastic Saturday.
Song: Sunshine (live at The Continental Room)

Caught Memory Milk again and they brought that same warm, celebratory nostalgia they’re so good at delivering.
The guitars layered beautifully, the bass held everything steady, and the drummer-vocalist carried the melodies with heart and intensity when it counted. It’s the kind of set that makes you sway, reflect, and feel connected all at once.
If you haven’t seen Memory Milk live yet, change that. Follow them and look out for their next show!
