Kept this pretty underground but I’ve been working on a live jazz electronic set for the past couple of years! Thanks so much to everyone who’s been there along the way in my musical journey in and out of the studio, I wouldn’t be making music every day if it weren’t for all of you and now I’d love to celebrate and share the project!

Fractal Doona is back with a multi-stage live music and art warehouse event at the Brunswick Silo to celebrate the launch of Sleepless Festival 2026! Expect bands and live electronic music across 2 stages with an art auction in between sets.
Live painting, live projections, installations and art auctioning will on the cards so be prepared to make some bids to take home a piece of the underground. All profits from the event are being donated to the Sleepless Festival charity so impulse decisions are encouraged

L.E.M.O.M (Live Electronic Musicians of Melbourne) recently caught up with Miles Brennan, curator of Sleepless Festival, to talk about the evolution of the festival, Footscray’s creative underground and the growing presence of live electronic music across the event.
From community driven art spaces and experimental performances through to live electronic music spanning ambient, techno, drum and bass and beyond, Sleepless Festival continues to carve out something genuinely unique in Melbourne’s west.
Featuring artists including Gusto Gusto, Cosmic Whiplash, Glass Fountain, Vanessa Estrada, CSIRAC, The Safety Word, Alice Payne, Get RUMPUS, Mondo Cane, Saga City and many more.
