I left my 9-5 to open my own small business. The story of melted 🍓
Back in 2020, I opened up my business Melted Treats, where I was hand-dipping strawberries - the little project that kept me sane during lockdown.
Fast forward to 2025: I was unexpectedly laid off while on maternity leave and instead of returning to the corporate world, I took a (scary) leap of faith to open my small business, melted.
I completely rebranded and drew inspiration from the viral London strawberries taking over social media BUT made it our own. We introduced flavors no one had done before in strawberry cups such ube berry, bueno, crème brûlée - flavors exclusively ours.
Now, 5ish months in, I never imagined our business would grow this much, this fast.
