Grateful to have had the opportunity to choreograph and work as Associate Director on Migrations with Welsh National Opera and to be part of telling such powerful stories through opera.
Composed by Will Todd, Migrations was unlike anything ever performed at WNO, and adapted to the setting and mood of each narrative, written by six writers from diverse backgrounds. An expanded WNO Orchestra joined a cast of over 100 performers, including WNO Chorus, Renewal Choir Community Chorus, Bollywood ensemble and a children’s chorus.
This was an epic drama on a huge scale, an unmissable live experience.
Proud to have been part of such a powerful and timely piece, work with such a talented group of people and grateful to get to tell stories through art.
