You don’t need another productivity hack.
You need a different relationship with your own potential.
Most high-performing real estate professionals already know what to do. What they’re missing?
How to think. How to lead themselves. How to expand what feels financially possible.
The women who step into this work with me don’t just:
✔️ Make more money
✔️ Tweak a commission structure
✔️ Get a few mindset tips
They:
•Rewire their relationship with money
• Shift from avoidance to clarity
• Expand their financial ceiling
• Build businesses that grow in alignment
• Join rooms where honest money conversations aren’t taboo
This is quantitative + qualitative growth.
High IQ + high EQ. Strategy + psychology. And the results compound.
If you’re reading this thinking,
“I know I’m capable of more…”
You probably are.

🎉 My newest TEDx talk is now live! 🎉
———
Have you ever noticed how some people fall apart under pressure while others rise stronger, clearer, and more capable every time life knocks them down?
In this TEDx Talk, scholar and success coach Melanie Klein reveals why the goal isn’t resilience, but something far more powerful. Drawing from positive psychology and decades of work with students and coaching clients, Klein shows how to unlock your next level by transforming challenges into catalysts for confidence, freedom, and accelerated growth.
She introduces the skill and practice of antifragility; the ability to grow stronger because of challenge, not in spite of it, and demonstrates how this approach turns disruption into your greatest advantage.
Melanie Klein is an award-winning author, professor, and transformational success coach with over two decades of experience helping people pivot from surviving to thriving.
Combining research, mindfulness training and embodiment practices, she expertly guides individuals and organizations in transforming their relationship with challenge and creating success on their own terms. She has curated and/or contributed to over 10+ books that empower others to make the radical pivot from resisting disruption to using it as a catalyst for growth.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.

Did you know I’ve contributed to several books on body image, resilience, yoga, and empowerment?
Each of these collaborations was born from a deep desire to shift the cultural narratives that hold us back… and to amplify the stories that set us free. These pages hold more than just essays… they hold lived experience, healing journeys, and radical permission to come home to yourself.
The themes I’ve written and edited around, self-trust, inner strength, reclaiming your body, transforming pain into purpose, are the same threads that run through my coaching work.
Because real transformation doesn’t happen in isolation.
It happens when we’re seen. Heard. Supported.
It happens when we realize we’re not alone.
If you’re on a path of change, I’m here for it, and for you. Coaching is where we take those insights off the page and into your life.
🧡 Curious which book might speak to your current chapter? Let’s talk in the comments.

We often don’t say the things we feel about money out loud.
We’re making more…but still questioning if it’s enough.
We’re successful…but still afraid it could disappear.
We’re capable…but still second-guessing our decisions.
Because money isn’t just numbers. Its identity.
And if your identity hasn’t caught up to your reality, you’ll keep experiencing friction, no matter how much you earn. This is why mindset work isn’t optional at higher levels.
It’s foundational. 💥
What’s one money thought you’ve had about money that you don’t usually say out loud?
Thank you to @denise.freed and the @compass_santamonica team for making yesterday such an impactful and special day with so many lovely humans. Such a valuable way to spend time. Ever grateful.
There’s a difference between building a business… and designing a life. And lately, that’s the conversation we keep coming back to.
So, @greggsugerman and I created something we’ve been wanting for a while:
Life By Design: a monthly fireside conversation, in partnership with Coaching at Compass.
This isn’t a webinar. It’s not a training. It’s a space for real, honest dialogue about what it actually looks like to build a sustainable real estate business, without losing yourself in the process.
Each month, we’ll bring forward the patterns we’re seeing in real time—through our clients, our work, and our own lives, so the conversation stays relevant, grounded, and real.
⬇️ Here’s what you can expect: ⬇️
A short opening reflection from us
An open, group conversation (yes, your voice matters here)
Insight shaped by what’s actually happening right now
And one complimentary coaching session raffled off each month
We’ll be gathering:
⏰ June 3 at 3pm PT/6pm ET
📍 Live on Zoom
If you’ve been craving a space to think more intentionally about how you’re building your business and your life… We’d truly love to have you in the room. Link in bio to make sure you don’t miss the next session!
To your success and your joy,
Melanie & Gregg ✨
You don’t earn worthiness. You decide it. 💥
A lot of people build their entire lives trying to prove they’re enough.
More success.
More validation.
More achievement.
But no amount of external evidence can resolve an internal question. Because worthiness isn’t something you achieve. It’s something you choose. And until that choice is made, everything else feels conditional.
Your success.
Your money.
Your confidence.
All of it.
The shift happens when you stop asking:
“Have I done enough?”
And start deciding:
“I am enough to have more.”
Where are you still trying to prove your enoughness instead of just deciding?
If your worth is tied to your output, you’ll never feel secure.
A lot of high-achieving people don’t struggle with capability.
They struggle with conditional self-worth.
→ “I feel good when I’m productive”
→ “I feel confident when I’m succeeding”
→ “I feel worthy when I’m recognized”
But what happens when things slow down?
When results fluctuate?
When validation disappears?
If your worth rises and falls with your output, you’ll always feel unstable.
Because you’ve built your identity on something that isn’t constant.
The work is learning how to hold your value, independent of what you’re producing.
That’s what creates sustainable success. 💥
Do you notice your confidence changing based on your results?
If you removed the ceiling, what would your life actually look like?
Not the realistic version. Not the responsible version. Not the “this makes sense given where I am” version.
The real version. The one you don’t let yourself fully articulate.
Because once you say it out loud, you’d have to face what’s been holding you back from it.
Most people don’t lack clarity. They lack permission! And they’re waiting for something external to give it to them.
But the shift happens when you realize… you’re the one who decides what you’re available for.
What would change if you stopped negotiating with your potential?
I was this close to starting over somewhere new. New city. New environment. New everything.
Because I thought that was the solution.
But the truth?
I was trying to outrun a limitation I hadn’t addressed. And here’s what I’ve learned:
If you don’t shift the belief, you’ll recreate the same ceiling, just in a different place.
Your environment matters. But your identity matters more.
Once I chose to expand my vision instead of escaping my situation, everything started to open.
Not instantly. But undeniably.
Be honest: are you being called to change your circumstances… or your thinking?
Growth doesn’t stall because of a lack of opportunity. It stalls because of unexamined beliefs.
Here are the ones I see most often:
→ “I have to work harder to earn more”
→ “I’m not ready yet”
→ “People like me don’t make that kind of money”
→ “If I succeed, something will fall apart”
→ “I should be grateful for what I already have”
These beliefs may sound responsible. They may even sound logical.
But underneath all of them is fear. And fear will always try to disguise itself as reason.
The work isn’t just building income… it’s expanding what you’re available for.
Because you don’t rise to your goals, you rise to what you believe is safe to receive.
What beliefs are you ready to rewrite?
There was a moment where I thought the answer was to leave… change cities, change environment, start over. But what I realized instead was this:
I didn’t need a new location.
I needed a bigger vision.
So many people unconsciously create ceilings and then build their lives underneath them.
Not because they necessarily even have to, but because they’ve never questioned the limit.
What if the next level of your life isn’t about doing more… but about deciding differently?
Because once you decide bigger, you start showing up in ways that match it.
And everything shifts from there.
If you’re feeling stuck, it might not be your strategy.
It might be the size of your vision.
What’s one area of your life where you’ve been playing smaller than you know you’re capable of?
