On October 8th 2023, that was Ground Zero of my Journey in the gym, I failed. November 17,2023 I let go of all my pride, stopped Ego Lifting and began searching for peace in creating a system for myself, Official Day 1. January 8, 2024 - Day 92 in the Gym- I decided to enroll in film school, being self taught only showed me so much and I needed Mentorship if I truly wanted to grow, there is only so much strength I can pull from myself. March 20,2024 - Day 125 in the gym- with my physical health getting better, I still noticed how much I perceived the world in such a simple way, I needed therapy and answers to how I thought. And more reasons outside of myself to want more. December 15,2025 - Day 760 in the gym- I was told my therapy was complete, but in order to find more fulfillment I needed to discover more about my interest. So I began putting myself more out there to my community, I wanted to build more friendships and be a better person. February 25,2026 - Day 832 in the gym- I graduated with my Bachelors, and along the way I met some amazing mentors and friends that I truly look up to. April 17th, 2026 -Day 879- I have officially been 2 years sober from Weed and Alcohol, I used to struggle a lot in the beginning but this extra clear mind has been so beneficial. I’m grateful to have my Mother and close friends believe in me because prior I finally began seeing a glimpse of what I love. I count these days now not out of pain or depression anymore, but a reminder to myself to show just how far you can grow. Things will always look scary, and mistakes can happen. But one mistake does not make you a mistake, growth happens every single day. I am grateful to have the opportunity to grow my story, and I will never take breathing for granted ever again. .
