Fix your life What if your life, work, and relationships were all built around who you actually are, rather than who you’ve had to be? That’s what my Soul Strategy™ & Alignment Model are for. 🔹 Soul Strategy™ = the deep work. Who you are beneath the conditioning, what you’re here to do, and how your energy, gifts, and story are designed to move in the world. 🔹 Alignment Model = the integration. How we turn that insight into real-life structure—your offers, money, relationships, brand, schedule, and daily rituals—so your life feels like you, not just looks good from the outside. This is the work I do every day with humans who are ready to reinvent their lives, businesses, and impact ⸻ Ways to Work With Me 1️⃣ 1:1 Soul Strategy™ & Alignment Sessions For the woman (or team leader) who wants a deeply personalized roadmap. We map your soul blueprint, patterns, desires, and then build a clear action plan you can actually live. 2️⃣ Ongoing Check-Ins & Support Regular customized sessions to keep you aligned, accountable, and resourced as you evolve—because reinvention isn’t a one-time event, it’s a practice. 3️⃣ Retreats & Immersive Experiences • Silent Retreats – Day or multi-day experiences to unplug from noise, regulate your nervous system, and hear your own inner voice again. • Destination Retreats – Curated spaces in beautiful locations to move, breathe, heal, and redesign your life with intention. • Small Group Intensives – Intimate circles for women ready to be witnessed, supported, and stretched into their next chapter. 4️⃣ Corporate, Leadership & Team Experiences Custom-designed offsites, workshops, and retreats for companies and organizations that care about: • Well-being and burnout repair • Culture, communication, and emotional intelligence • Purpose-driven leadership and sustainable performance ⸻ Ready to Talk Next Steps? If you’re feeling the pull to realign your life, leadership, or company with your actual values and vision: 📩 Email: [email protected] or 💬 DM me “ALIGN” and tell me what you’re craving support with.

Some conversations stay on the surface. Ours are meant to go deeper. Welcome to The Root Podcast with Dra & Mel. Two women from different lived experiences coming together with honesty, curiosity, and a shared desire to understand the world more truthfully. This space was created for the conversations many of us were taught to avoid. Conversations about race, power, identity, patriarchy, healing, and the stories we’ve inherited about ourselves and each other. Not to argue. Not to perform. But to understand. Because real growth requires something many of us were never taught to practice: the willingness to sit with uncomfortable truths, question the narratives we’ve been handed, and unlearn what no longer serves us. The Root Podcast is about critical thinking. It’s about awareness. It’s about love, accountability, and curiosity. It’s about digging past the surface of our beliefs and asking the deeper questions that bring us closer to truth and closer to each other. We believe that when people are willing to listen, reflect, and challenge what they thought they knew, real transformation becomes possible. This is a space for honesty. A space for laughter. A space for thoughtful, rooted conversation. Because healing begins when we get to the root. Episode one is live. Welcome to The Root Podcast with Dra & Mel. NOW AVAILABLE: Link in Bio I wrote the thing most white people are too comfortable to say out loud. Not because I wanted to be provocative. Because I looked around at every diversity training, every book club, every corporate DEI initiative, and I kept seeing the same failure. Information without transformation. Awareness without accountability. People learning the language of justice and then going home and changing absolutely nothing. So I used my teacher brain and wrote a framework that dismantles the architecture of your conditioning from the inside out. What White People Need To Know: Volume One — The Reconstruction of Perception is not a reading experience. It is a perceptual intervention system. Built on the LEARN framework — Locate, Explore, Arrange, Reinforce, eNquire — because transformation doesn’t happen when you’re informed. It happens when your identity destabilizes, your perception reorganizes, and your behavior actually changes. 12 chapters. Every one of them moves through the full framework. Mirror questions that will make you uncomfortable. Nervous system regulation drills. Behavioral practice assignments. A 12-week accountability tracking log. Because the question this work refuses to ask is “do you agree?” The question it asks instead is harder: What are you doing differently? This is the work I believe white people are capable of. Not guilt. Not performance. Not the progressive identity badge. Consciousness. Accountability. Sustained ethical practice. The world doesn’t need more aware white people. It needs accountable ones. Link in bio. Download it. It didn’t change me. It created me.. I remember standing there terrified of what I would see when the hair was gone. Terrified of looking sick. Terrified of looking weak. Terrified that somehow I would disappear underneath all of it. Terrified at how my children would feel seeing their Mom this way. But the opposite happened. For the first time in my life, I saw myself without the distractions. Without the performance. Without the mask of who I thought I had to be. And underneath it all… there she was. Raw. Present. Powerful. Alive. People think losing your hair is the painful part. For me, the painful part was realizing how much of my identity had been attached to things that were never truly me. That day wasn’t about losing femininity. It was about meeting a deeper version of it. Cancer didn’t change me. It created me. It stripped away everything false until all that was left was truth. And honestly? I’ve never been more beautiful than the woman I met underneath that buzz cut. @live__anyway__ Survivor guide for life after diagnosis: Videographer: @patrickmyersaz

Racism is not excused by age. We need to stop using “that’s just how they were raised” as a shield for harmful beliefs and behavior. Because I’ve met people in their 90s who are deeply compassionate, open-minded, and willing to grow. And I’ve met people in their 40s filled with hate, bitterness, and prejudice. Age is not the determining factor. Choice is. Yes, people are shaped by the culture they grew up in. We all are. But at some point, every person decides whether they will keep repeating what they inherited or have the courage to question it. Growth is possible at any age. So is accountability. And sometimes standing up for what’s right means speaking uncomfortable truths to the people we love most — our parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, our own community. Silence may keep the peace temporarily, but it also keeps the cycle alive. Love without honesty is not love. Family loyalty should never require moral cowardice. We do not honor the people before us by excusing racism. We honor them by becoming better than what harmed them too. The goal isn’t shame. The goal is courage, awareness, and change. Because every generation has a choice: pass the wound forward… or end it.

Because real community is not built by pretending differences don’t exist. It’s built by raising human beings emotionally mature enough to engage difference without turning it into division. That is how generational healing begins. That is how stronger communities are formed. That is how we stop inheriting fear and start inheriting relational wisdom. Not everyone will fully understand another person’s lived experience from the inside out. But we can teach children how to: • listen without defensiveness • respect experiences they haven’t lived • build trust across cultural lines • stay emotionally present during discomfort • create connection without demanding sameness Maybe the answer is: we are different, deeply connected, and responsible for how we show up in the presence of those differences.

The nervous system cannot heal in the same environment that taught it survival was love. Mother’s Day was never meant to celebrate exhausted women performing endless labor with a smile. It began as a protest. A call for peace, care, and recovery after war. Now? Most mothers are handed flowers while running on nervous-system depletion. We live in a society addicted to productivity. Women especially are conditioned to confuse rest with laziness, guilt, or “earning a break.” But rest is not just sleep. Rest is the absence of hypervigilance. It’s when your body no longer feels like it has to brace for impact. Most women don’t know what deep rest feels like because they’ve spent years managing emotions, anticipating needs, and carrying invisible labor. So how do you begin? • Sit in silence without reaching for your phone. • Let your body unclench before your mind tries to optimize the moment. • Stop treating stillness like wasted time. • Learn the difference between being “off duty” and actually feeling safe enough to soften. Real rest is not escape. It’s recovery of the self. Maybe this Mother’s Day isn’t about celebrating how much women endure. Maybe it’s about asking why they’ve had to endure so much in the first place.

Just truth, healing, laughter, hard conversations, and the kind of love that makes people feel less alone. This is more than a podcast. It’s a remembering. A revolution rooted in honesty. Welcome to The Root Podcast with Dra and Mel We are thrilled to host our next live event May 22nd. Come out and join us for real conversation. May 22nd

Law firms don’t usually have a marketing problem. They have an alignment problem. The leadership team says one thing. The culture communicates another. The intake process leaks trust. The staff burns out. The mission gets lost in operations. And the community outreach feels disconnected from the actual heart of the firm. After years in the legal industry, I realized the firms and administrative services that truly scale aren’t just operationally efficient — they are aligned. Aligned in communication. Aligned in leadership. Aligned in systems. Aligned in brand trust. Aligned in team development. Aligned in the way they impact the communities they serve. My Soul Strategy™ and Alignment Model™ work helps leaders in the legal industry, law firms, and administrative services identify where friction, confusion, burnout, and disconnection are costing them growth — and rebuild from a place of clarity, cohesion, culture, and impact. Because people can feel alignment. And people can feel when it’s missing.

Most people want to make a difference. They really do. But wanting it and building toward it are two completely different things — and the space between them is where most people are living right now. Survival mode dressed up as strategy. Busy dressed up as purpose. Motion dressed up as momentum. I see it everywhere. And I’ve lived it. You can’t build an empire from a foundation that was never aligned to begin with. That’s not a mindset problem. That’s a structural one. I was in the room at @stnphx today — surrounded by the people in Phoenix who are done performing progress and ready to actually build it. Empires for Impact: The Alignment Model™ is for you. Real strategy. Real structure. Real impact. You don’t need more motivation. You need alignment. Come find me.

What are you not feeling? Most people already have words for what they feel. “I have anxiety.” “I’m overwhelmed.” “I’m lonely.” “I’m fine.” But beneath anxiety is often the absence of safety. Beneath loneliness, the absence of connection. Beneath performance, the absence of being truly seen. This is the work. Im not fixing people. Not giving them an identity. We’re creating enough silence, presence, and honesty for them to recognize what’s been missing beneath the noise. Because clarity doesn’t only come from discovering what you feel. Sometimes it comes from realizing what you haven’t felt in years: Peace. Rest. Aliveness. Truth. Yourself. And sometimes, sitting quietly, long enough to acknowledge and accept what’s really happening. Is what liberates you from the age you’ve put yourself in.
