Tired of women’s events that cost $400 for dry chicken breast at a golf course, then pressure you into a $3k yearly membership that doesn’t actually help you. So I posted online on a whim asking if anyone wanted happy hour instead. A hundred people applied. A year later, the Raleigh Female Founder Happy Hour is 400+ women strong. It’s free. It’s real.
To every woman who walked into that room not knowing a soul but trusted me enough to show up, knowing I would keep you safe and curate a space of people who wanted nothing from you but genuine connection: Thank you.
