Hi, I’m Melgrance (yes, like Melody + Fragrance ). I've noticed that many new faces have joined, so here’s a re-introduction carousel about who I am, what I do, and where this page is headed... This space is me inviting you to watch me grow, learn and ultimately become the Woman I was created to be. I love stories, always have, and I figured, no matter the space I'm in, it's always stood out. So Join Me Explore the World of Storytelling Through Script, Voice, and Film. I recently created a separate page just for Voice, you can find that here @that.fragrant.voice_ Thank You For Hippity Hopping with me on this journey❤️ Till Next Time, I'll See You. “Have I fallen in love with running? It’s a love-hate relationship. We’re kind of in the talking stage, because I still don’t understand why this thing called running is holding my neck. Why I would get pissed after some of my runs and still go out the next day running again. I woke up one day scrolling on the internet and I saw people running their ages on their birthdays. I just thought, hey, it wouldn’t be bad to run my age. So 22 kilometres? To mark a new age. A new era. It’s a soft spot for me, because putting my mind on doing a 22K actually pushed me to do my first 5K and 10K nonstop very early. Because normally I would’ve just settled with my 2 or 3Ks. But I really wanted to know how far I could go. I realised I could push myself beyond what I thought I had in me. The longest run I’ve done is 12 kilometres. Which is actually pretty terrifying, because I don’t even know if I can do the extra 10 without breaking down. I’ve thought about what I expect it to feel like. A mental battle from the first to the third kilometre. An easing from maybe the fifth to the eleventh. And then I expect my mind to start fighting me again around the 12th. I think I might start questioning myself. Who the hell do I think I am? One of my main goals, besides finishing, is to not cry. But if I do cry? No problem. Everybody joining me on the day is much faster than I am. So I expect to be pressured. But I also know I’ll be debating: do I try to keep up, or do I just stick to the pace I know and not do too much so I don’t burn out early? Running has been teaching me that since the beginning, actually. Humility. When you’re a slow runner, you literally don’t have a choice.” - Melgrance (1/2) #WeMove

POV: you’re looking for someone to do running side quests with and somehow you found me 😭🏃🏽‍♀️ My friend @vicarvick asked me to join him for a 5K as part of the 25 side quests he’s completing before turning 25 and honestly? I felt so honored 🥹✨ We decided to join @runwithmundo and @accraartdistrict There’s something really beautiful about doing something you once thought was impossible… then getting to inspire other people to try it too. Still kinda crazy to me. Anyway, another mission to get my friends running completed 🫡 Follow me for more running adventures, chaos, tiny victories, and proof that your body can surprise you 🤍

Oh how the tables have turned from being a morning run lover to someone who now says they’re stressful Morning runs have stressed me so much I’ve started doing skincare… and if you know me, that’s how you know things are getting serious 😭💀 I’m currently fighting for my life trying to decide between morning runs and evening runs to fit my routine. Morning runs? Character development. Evening runs? Slightly less suffering… but not as safe. So now I’m out here building a skincare routine like a responsible adult because apparently the sun and I are no longer friends ☠️✨ Also, shoutout to @talk.skin for sending me the skincare samples that started this whole unexpected self-care era 🫶🏽 Who even am I becoming?

Trying a long-sleeved running shirt for the first time as someone that sweats like a sponsored waterfall 😭🏃🏽‍♀️ I genuinely used to look at the girls in these skin-hugging long sleeves and wonder how they weren’t overheating??? meanwhile I’m fighting for my life after 7 minutes 💀 But I can’t even lie… this fit kinda ate✋🏾😔🤚🏾 The sweat? We’ll discuss that later. What are some cool and (affordable 😭) long sleeve athleisure wear vendors/producers you think I should try???? Tag them for meee

Running with braids (and freshly done ones too) must be some kind of feat…because it was so uncomfy during the first few days. If you have any hairstyle ideas for an active girl, put me on!!!! Also, this video is long overdue 😂❤️

I can actually say 5km runs have become enjoyable, your girl used to hoot at holler after 500meters so we’ve really done well😂❤️

I joined the @runwithmundo runiversary 5K and yeah… safe to say I had too much fun 😭🔥 And the real plot twist? I share tips, real experiences, and all the fun (and chaos) that comes with this running life. Follow so you don’t miss the next one! ❤️
