My flowers are grown following organic principles so hopefully they have as small a carbon footprint as possible.
When it comes to selling, this means picking fresh flowers every day for local customers.
Here’s the rough area of Cornwall (far West Penwith) where most of my flowers go with some of my delivery routes from this season… for scale, from the North coast at St Ives to Penzance on the South coast, it’s only about 8 miles.
Always ask where your flowers have been grown.

On Saturday, It’s the first local produce market @thegardenershousepenzance . I’ll be there with Sarah from Rosewall Bakery tempting you with locally made bread, buns and bunches of seasonal blooms from 10-2. Do come along and find out more about what we do.
As the season moves on, so do the flowers. Always picking seasonally and the best of the garden. Today it’s Phlomis Russeliana (with its interesting bobbles) and Ranunculus.
This is what I am picking at the moment.
Every bunch comes from the garden.
Flowers for gifts, small events and styling… or just for your kitchen table x
