[To keep the row consistency in my feed - but also to have these moments here permanently] These are all the way back from December 2022, when Avatar The Way of Water FINALLY came out for y'all. I've said this before, but I've worked in countless movies and never before I felt not as attached to the project and to the crew as I do with this one. I'm so happy we got to celebrate and watch this together back then. And I was lucky enough to win a screening at work so I could bring some friends 🤩 My Avatar family 💙 SIVAKO ---- [Queria manter a consistência do meu feed e também ter esses momentos aqui permanentemente] Voltando para Dezembro de 2022 aqui, quando finalmente Avatar O caminho das Águas foi lançado pra vocês. Eu já disse isso antes, mas trabalhei em dezenas de filmes e nunca eu me senti tão conectada com um projeto e colegas de trabalho como esse. Eu fico muito feliz que a gente conseguiu celebrar e assistir o nosso filme juntos. Ainda tive sorte de ganhar um Screening no estúdio e poder levar meus amigos pra assistirem juntos no nosso Screening room. I had failed to share this when it had actually happened, but it deserves its own space in this feed. WE WON AN OSCAR AND A BAFTA FOR BEST VISUAL Effects FOR AVATAR THE WAY OF WATER . In my wildest dreams I dreamt of that, and also dreamt of working on this franchise that inspired me so much back when I was deciding my career (specially as a foreigner young woman from Brazil, it did seem like a wild dream) . I knew I wanted to work on creating beautiful worlds, with a meaniful stories that would touch people across the planet - and here I am - 6 years thus far working in this production that sometimes almost feel like an indie one, with how tight and family like we are. I know I'm late to the game, but I'm so proud of everything that we built together and continue to built. And also that I get to learn from the best every day 💖 All out dedication was worth it and I'm so happy we get to keep on living this dream everyday together. 1- AJ and Richie, my forever mentors, god I can even put in to worlds how grateful I am for these two 8- ALENNI I MISS UUUUUU SIS -------¦¦¦---------¦¦¦------------¦¦¦--------- Tá, eu falhei em compartilhar isso na época, mas eu acredito que esse momento mereça o seu próprio espaço nesse feed. Nos meus sonhos mais malucos, eu sonhei com isso e também com trabalhar com essa franquia que tanto me inspirou na hora de seguir a minha carreira (ainda mais sendo uma jovem mulher brasileira aqui nos EUA) . Eu sabia que eu queria trabalhar com criar lindos mundos e com narrativas fortes que iriam tocas pessoas ao redor do planeta e lhes trazerem emoções diversas. E cá estou, 6 anos trabalhando nessa produção que as vezes até parece de um filme indie, pois somos literalmente como uma família. Eu sei que tô atrasada, mas fico feliz com tudo que construímos e ainda iremos construir. FIRST OF ALL!!! AVATAR FIRE AND ASH IS OUT IN THE WORLD AND I COULDN'T BE MORE PROUD OF US 💙💙💙💙 Avatar Saga Post 2 - Sequence Team (FAMILY) 💙 These are the humans I spent the last 8 years building an entire movie with. Like… literally. Sequence by sequence, shot by shot, pixel by pixel. Together with environments, lighting, editorial, stage ops, motion editors and so many other teams, we basically frankensteined this movie into existence. A lot of back and forth, a lot of problem solving, a lot of “ok BUT WHAT IF…”, and somehow it all came together. Long days, wild challenges, laughs, stress, growth and sticking together through all of it. None of this would’ve been possible without how much we gave of ourselves and how hard we showed up for each other, over and over again, for these 8 years. THE END OF AN ERA. So proud of this team. So lucky to call this my sequence fam. Wouldn’t trade this ride for anything. EVER!! NOOOOW ONCE AGAIN, GO WATCH IT

Avatar Saga Post 1 - The Cast & Crew Screening 💙 December 16th, 2025 🔥🌋 A theater room then a hotel lobby full of people who've been part of my life for the past 8 years. (For those who don't know - do you even know me then?!? - I was part of the Sequence Building Team for Avatar Way of Water and now Fire and Ash) Some came, some left, some came back, some stayed. But most importantly WE WERE and we STILL ARE A FAMILY. This post is also to showcase my complete inability to document moments like THIS... because yes, I barely took any pictures. Same thing happened back in 2022, and I swore I’d do better next time…guess we’ll need to do this one (or two) more times to see if I finally get it right 😅 (looking at you, movies 4 and 5). I have so much more to say... and I will, in the next posts. For now, I’m just incredibly grateful I got to celebrate and experience all of this with all of you. This has been a dream come true… and sometimes it still feels like a dream. 💙💙 And now, more people get to be part of it too. The movie is out. Out out out. LOVE this crewmily with all my heart even though I didn't get a PICTURE WITH MOST OF YOU💙💙💙 ----- Uma sala de cinema e depois o lobby de um hotel cheios de pessoas que fizeram parte da minha vida nos últimos 8 anos. (Pra quem não sabe; você me conhece mesmo?! 😅 eu fiz parte do Sequence Building Team de Avatar The Way of Water e agora de Fire and Ash) Algumas pessoas chegaram, outras foram embora, algumas voltaram, outras ficaram. Mas o mais importante: nós fomos e ainda somos uma família. Esse post também é sobre a minha incapacidade de registrar momentos como esse… porque sim, quase não tirei fotos. Aconteceu o mesmo em 2022 - então acho que vamos ter que repetir mais uma (ou duas) vezes pra ver se aprendo 😅 (filmes 4 e 5 👀). Tenho muito mais pra dizer, e vou falar nos próximos posts. The Making Of Avatar: The Way of Water and Avatar: Fire and Ash documentary dropped on Disney+ a few days ago and you can finally show how we brought these worlds to life. 🌊🔥 lol Y'all keep asking me “but what exactly did you do on Avatar?” and honestly… it does take a whole couple of hours of a documentary to explain because the process is THAT complex 😂 Now you can finally watch it and see the incredible village (this family) behind every frame. Impossível imaginar como era a minha vida antes do Luquinhas chegar 🤔 Sempre digo que respeito e acredito muito no timing do universo, porque ele coloca as pessoas certas nos momentos certos - e paciência é mesmo uma virtude. O Lucas é uma dessas pessoas. Somos muito parecidos e muito diferentes ao mesmo tempo... e se quer curtir, chega com a gente. A gente ama, se engana, aprende, cresce e se diverte (ah pronto rimando).
