FOREVER a paper-music gal, anyone with me? Such a lost form, and besides this one-second instance, I find that it's actually easier to use paper - I know tablets are convenient but I feel like my feet are constantly dancing with the pedal trying turn the page?

Improving your shifting game ⭐️ 5 technical points to problem-solve with:
1. Practice it (obvi) - slowly enough to nail the pitches perfectly, then drilling it at least 10x (perfect each time) and building the tempo
2. Shift from the back - not from the hand
3. Release the fingers - move with light hands
4. Consider the speed - proportional to the piece tempo
5. Balance of the hand - check your neighboring fingers are relaaaxed
