Now it’s time for walk day! We’ll see you tomorrow at the finish line at People’s Park, where our Medshield Movement ambassador, Queen Fitnass, will be leading two cool-down sessions on the main stage.

After 3 days of strength, grit, and serious competition, we’ve officially crowned the winners of our Get a Grip on Your Health Challenge 💪
A massive congratulations to our top female winner, Rochelle Blood (68.0), and our top male winner, Zane Cressey (73.1), who each walked away with a R2000 Takealot voucher 🏆
