Many new followers, so a time to say hi šš¼ and get to know you a little!
My name is Fleur. Exactly like flower in French, and yes! like the girl in Harry Potter...back when I used to waitress in college I could not get passed the name introduction and into the specials without someone making this reference ...I do think itās fitting that my one name reference is witchy. šŖ
Iāve witnessed first-hand that everyone is looking for healing and expansion, and itās inspiring my lifeās mission: To help people experience trust in their intuition, heal inner conflict, and live their most authentic life.Ā
Iāve moved a lot in recent years. Currently my aim is half Lisbon half NYC life š¤š». The longest constant in my life is my little dog Phoebe, sheās been trooping alongside me for a decade. My mom calls her a gipsy dog because I have dragged her all over the world...luckily Phoebe makes friends(/demands to be friends) wherever she goes.
Iām really grateful youāre here! Itās incredible to see so many people eager & learning about the spiritual side of life these days. Please intro yourself, tell me a fun fact about yourself & your relationship to your intuition/spirit/all things a little witchy magical. š§š»āāļø
To find the words to describe retreat is impossible; a thousand wouldnāt be enough. Incredibly grateful for this week- to witness, hold, and flow with all the magic in the group that gathered.

Big thank you to @josefa.searle for so delicately capturing the beauty
Itās publication day š! #movingbeyondbook
There are so many people who were involved in helping me birth this pandemic baby. Number one: the people who have opened their hearts and minds over the last thirteen years, if you ever had a reading, came to classes, saw me on stage...every single reading and experience left me with more information on how it all works. Itās helped me create this theoretical but very practical guide so anyone can connect.
The behind the scenes, amazing team of people is also endless. @bentap77 , Matilda & @suzannahball at WME, Candace and @dani.elle.in.alignment who patiently read endless drafts of this book from the time it was just an idea, @yellowkitebooks Becca, Carolyn, Caitriona, Holly, Jacqui who turned it into a real thing and Dominic, Pedro who turned it into sound. James and Tracy who really made dreams come true and brought it to other countries, meaning it comes out in other languages later on in the year! To make the whole thing work, Olivia and Lotte helped run the business so I could write. There are so many others who helped in big and small ways, it really took a village.
me & my baby back in Lisboa š
I keep getting the same question in the last few weeks: why Lisbon? (maybe because the world is having a moment š)
six years ago I couldnāt have told you- it was truly an intuitive move. Grabbed this little girl, packed two suitcases and left for a country where I had zero friends or contacts, a place Iād never even visited.
What Iāve found here - aside from the sunshine and beach and the most beautiful light in the evenings- is a very sweet community. I think the one thing all of Lisbon expats have in common is a value of freedom. We really want to do life our way. No one followed the rules, everyone had to go through some hardship for that desire & itās shaped some very interesting, wonderful people. Always happy to land back home, especially in my favorite coffee shop thatās a bit of an obsession.

REDEFINING WELLNESS THROUGH THE LENS OF NEUROSCIENCE AND INTUITION
During our recent gathering of the most innovative health tech entrepreneurs, I had the opportunity to sit down with Fleur Leussink (@mediumfleur ) for a deep dive into the future of personalized wellness. As the founder of IMIN and a renowned expert in the intuition activation method, Fleur is bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and cutting-edge technology. Our conversation explored how we can move beyond generic health advice to find solutions that actually respect the unique architecture of our individual nervous systems.
Fleur shared the fascinating mechanics behind her latest project, IMIN, which uses advanced facial scanning technology to determine a user's specific stress state in real time. By analyzing whether someone is experiencing chronic or acute stress, the platform can match them with a precision intervention designed to either focus or relax them based on their immediate needs. This level of bio-individual feedback is exactly what the BiohackYourself movement stands for, as it empowers people to understand their internal data and act on it with confidence.
Her journey into the tech space is rooted in a unique seventeen-year background as a psychic medium, where she worked closely with hypersensitive individuals who often felt overwhelmed by standard wellness tools. Fleur realized that the traditional band-aid solutions, like generic meditation apps, were failing those with highly reactive nervous systems because they lacked the necessary personalization. By integrating artificial intelligence with her deep understanding of human energetics, she has created a way for everyone to build a functional model of their own resilience from the comfort of home.

In January, I marveled at big things: red woods and humpback whales; pondered tree rings dating back 2000 years and whales 75 miles off the coast that are so mysterious we havenāt ever seen them mate or give birth. We know so little. We ARE so little. To see just how tiny, swipe to slide 3- thatās me, next to a massive gentle giant captured by @catsharks ! Or the last slide, a 6 week old baby whale š„¹
If you are ever lost in your faith, go find the bigness of the universe. Itās out there. Or just look up at the night sky, itās up there, too.
In my favorite moments of 2025 is using rapid hypnosis to show retreat participants that we really are all psychic. Watch to the end to see the big reveal - she psychically reads what instrument I played and itās very specific.
Altered states of consciousness is something that fascinates me. Itās a big motivator behind @iminwellness - in the future I know we can help people HAVE a spiritual experience rather than be told to believe in something theyāve never done themselves.
For those interested in the hypnosis process, this video is about twice as long in its original form- edited due to instagrams new reel restrictions & also because watching someone get hypnotized is a bit boring (54321 on repeat š)
My predictions for 2026- the container of the world we are all moving through. If you want insight into your unique year, comment Reading to sign up for my small group experience Jan 8th!
My word to go along with the feeling is the year, and balance it is Virtue. What is yours?
I presented @iminwellness research as one of 15 research projects at the @polyvagalinstitute conference this weekend! An unexpected return to research, and a nod to my 16 year old self going to the international science fair š¤(swipe right)-interestingly also a neuro-based project. I knew what I liked early on š
I always loved academia, and it felt like a great death (with identity grief) when I did not continue to pursue it post university and lived my mediumship life instead. In the last few years Iāve consulted with research institutes and now, our work with @iminwellness allows us to understand how people can navigate their nervous systems effectively. And, in the long run - understand how intuitive information is processed through that very nervous system. Itās funny how life loops back around. Often not in the way you expected.
It was an honor to meet Steven Porges himself, the father of polyvagal theory, and his incredible wife Sue Carter - theyāve both written hundreds of papers. Incredible to feeling to be invited and excited to continue our work with the institute. Weāre running our next beta test soon- so if you want free access and to have your voice count in the making of this technology, please consider joining at the waitlist link in bio or type waitlist below . It matters!
@janegoodallinst passed today. I never got to meet her but in some ways I feel we connected because many years ago she made me this video, which Iāve cherished ever since.
It came about because I went on a first date. And that date told me he was going to meet Jane Goodall the very next day- at which point I just about screamed because, hero.
He said heād ask her a question for me if I went on a second date š (besides a legend, Jane Goodall was also a wing woman apparently), and so I got to ask her this question- what did she believe happens when we die and what did the apes believe? My favorite part to her answer, when prompted with, itās a hard question was āno itās notā
I hope sheās dancing in the forest. #rememberingjane
A BIG update on life!
Iāve done readings for 17 years- over 35,000 of them.
Thatās a wild number, and with it came a wild ride: live audiences, radio shows, even TV appearances.
But hereās the truth most people didnāt see: behind the stage lights and microphones, I carried stage fright and a constant fear that if my mind didnāt get quiet, I couldnāt connect, and then people would call me a fake or a fraud. But, surrendering is hard when youāre anxious or scared.
Terror or not, I had to find the zen required to tune into the most subtle energies of loved ones on the other side. It was a paradox, needing deep stillness to tune into my intuition and psychic mediumship awareness while feeling high-pressure chaos.
And sometimes that chaos was literal. Picture this: 6 a.m. in a sound booth on the Rico & Mambo morning show, rap music blaring in the background, and a two-minute window to connect a caller with his sweet mom on the other side. I knew if I wanted to give him the reading he deserved, I had to find a way to tune into subtle energy- even when life was loud. Swipe above to see baby Fleur giving readings 10 years (!) ago.
So I became a science nerd about it. I dove into brain states and nervous system regulation, searching for ways to quiet my mind on demand. To access intuition, even when the world around me was anything but quiet.
That pursuit is what eventually led me to create IMIN. Using just your phone camera, it measures your nervous system in under one minute, then gives you instant insights and a short, tailored practice to bring you to stillness. Over time, it learns what works best for you and improves its recommendations.
I know your life is loud too, in the outside world and in your inside world. We all need a way to find our still point, quickly and easily. To tune our systems to intuition, even when life feels loud.
