Sesame Crusted Albacore Tuna roasted cauliflower salad. grapefruit. mixed herbs 'When my kids and I were trying to figure out a brand name and a label, we wanted the name and the feel of the label to reflect the best moments of life at sea and the reason we choose this life. We talked about those rare days when the weather is good, the ocean is flat, and fish are biting. On those days our connection with the sea is felt to the core of our spirit. The experience is best described as "Sacred." ' - Rick Goché Our tuna is sourced right here in Oregon from @sacredseatuna - we share their family and quality-driven ethos, and are eager to share it with you! 🐟️

Wine Feature: Occhipinti, Il Frappato '23 "Il Frappato stems from a dream which I had when I was a girl to make a wine that knows the land that I work, the air I breath and my own thoughts. It is bitter, bloody and elegant. That is Vittoria and the Iblei Mountains. It is the wine that most resembles me, brave, original and rebellious. But not only. It has peasant origins, for this it loves its roots and the past that it brings in; but, at the same time, it is able to fight to improve itself. It knows refinement without forgetting itself." - Arianna Occhipinti (winemaker extraordinaire!) We celebrate her expertise of Sicilian wines, with love and focus for Sicily's indigenous varietals. An ode to the place she loves! This red is serious, yet ethereal: the structured herbs and volcanic terroir of Sicily are balanced by the softer, pliable red fruits. Think of it as smoky with notes of crushed spices and purple violet, finishing with vibrant, fresh raspberries. A beauty that stands on it's own, and yet beautiful with food - it matches the Mediterranean focus like a dream!

Surrau 'Limizanni,' Sardegna, Italy 2023 The Demuro family are native Sardinians and have practiced viticulture for generations. Growing up, Tino Demuro worked in the family vineyards with his 11 siblings, primarily making wine for their own consumption. As an adult, Tino had a successful construction business, but still also had a great affinity for the vines, and so in 2011 he purchased some vineyards near the town of Arzachena, in the heart of the Gallura region in northern Sardinia, on the Emerald Coast. Gallura, a land of granite rocks and mistral winds on the northern end of the island of Sardinia, is home to some of the finest Vermentino made. Limizzani is the name of a mystical site from the ancient Mediterranean civilizations that inhabited the region thousands of years ago. From grapes sourced across all the estate vineyards, this cuvée is a fresh and pure Vermentino that embodies the essence of Gallura: elderflower and mediterranean vegetation with notes of ginger & slight honeysuckle, citrus & salinity. Enjoy this bottle of sunshine with us as the weather warms up - spring awaits you!
