In 1880, the Sudanese "Abdullah bin Muhammad," known as "Abdullah the Sudanese," sent a letter to Queen Victoria, the Queen of Britain, expressing his desire to marry her. This incident became part of cultural and political history, illustrating the interactions between different cultures at that time.
This story inspired me to create this painting.
