Some motocross race was going on at the U today and there was a BMX dirt jumping contest in the parking lot. Here’s @rwilly and @jaietoohey doing some superman flips opposite ways and @jaietoohey flipping the bike before stretching a wild superman. I caught up with some old friends for a little bit and then had to ride down the old Union ledge real quick for old times sake before I headed back…
Sometimes when you follow technology instead of directions it takes you to the wrong place. Yesterday’s detour on my way up to the hill climb was awesome and even though it took a while to get there, I felt like it put me in the right place because it was a really cool valley I would have never seen. I’d still love to go back and explore that little old house. I had a great time meeting up with @clisterslate and @ambermarie0426 to watch the last couple of races. I needed a good adventure.
Today it broke our hearts to say goodbye to one of our best friends we ever had. There’ll never be another dog like Hooey. Anyone that has ever been here loved him and knows that this place will never be the same without him. We loved him so much and we’re going to miss him forever.
