Our latest site update showcases: - D-wall construction now 75% complete - Dewatering works scheduled to commence shortly - Bulk excavation to follow as we advance towards our 4-level basement

The structure has now largely topped out, and we’re steadily progressing towards full completion. This stage marks the transformation from plans and renders into a tangible, defining presence on the skyline.
Envisioned as a benchmark for luxury retirement living, DUX Churchill is designed to combine comfort, elegance, and thoughtfully curated amenities—creating a refined, future-ready environment for its residents.
As we move into the final phases, we’re proud of what’s been achieved on site and grateful to everyone involved in bringing this project to life.

The new Melton Mazda dealership, developed in collaboration with ARK Industrial and built through 2025, is a modern, state-of-the-art facility featuring an 800m exterior façade with high-end, fire-safe cladding.
Located in Melbourne’s western suburbs, the facility includes a sleek showroom and comprehensive service areas, designed with a striking canopy and contemporary architectural styling.
The project encompasses a full structural steel roof and lattice-framed front signage, supported on pre-cast concrete panels, and slab-on-ground, to deliver efficient and cost-effective design outcomes, with our team providing rapid, buildable design solutions within tight timeframes to meet the project’s delivery requirements.

KERRIBANA PRIMARY SCHOOL
Measure Engineering is proud to celebrate the completion of Kerribana Primary School in Leneva, VIC.
Being involved in projects that create real impact for local communities is at the heart of what we do. Kerribana Primary School is a significant social infrastructure investment for the rapidly growing Wodonga region, providing high‑quality education facilities and long‑term opportunity for local families.
The new school, which opened this year, accommodates 525 students, including 50 places for students with disability.
As a supported inclusion school, Kerribana Primary School incorporates specialised facilities and capabilities designed to support students with disabilities and diverse learning needs. This focus on inclusive education is an important milestone for Wodonga’s continuing growth and development.
The new facility includes:
- Two double‑storey buildings with administration and library
- Learning neighbourhoods and STEM spaces
- Canteen, performing arts spaces and makerspace
- Gymnasium with indoor multi‑use court, toilets, change rooms and kitchenette
- Kindergarten
- Outdoor hard courts
To help realise this vision, Measure delivered structural design solutions including:
- Suspended post‑tensioned flat plate slabs to the upper floors in the education and administration buildings
- Precast lateral stability and core walls
- Long‑span portal frames to the gymnasium
- Composite steel structures for link bridges
- Detailed steelwork to the complex lower and upper roof structures across the kindergarten, education and administration buildings

In this role, Josip:
• Provides strategic leadership – developing project-specific digital strategies in close collaboration with clients and partners
• Maintains standards & quality – overseeing our National BIM and Revit manuals and workflows, and establishing robust QA/QC benchmarks
• Leads future-focused initiatives – championing the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI-assisted tools and cloud collaboration to keep us at the cutting edge
• Drives automation – promoting initiatives and frameworks that deliver smarter, faster, and more efficient outcomes for our business
🌱 Empowering Our People
Beyond the technical aspects, Josip is deeply committed to the growth and development of our teams. By creating a BIM capability matrix and a national training roadmap, he ensures our people are continually upskilled and have clear pathways for career progression
He also fosters a vibrant cross-office community for sharing lessons learned and best practices, helping our people connect, collaborate, and grow together. We look forward to continuing our journey of digital transformation under this strategic leadership.
