Hot springs on Nisiros, a volcanic island in Greece ♨️ Hiked down here a few days in a row, to sprawl across the concrete or perch on the pockmarked rocks in the sea and watch the crabs and fish and dip into water of varying degrees, before hitching a ride back to town with whoever was last to leave. #35mm
Ok got some rare shots of myself so gonna use it for a gratitude post?? Honestly I had a pretty tough year emotionally lol ~ 2024 felt full of conflict and loss and shit tonnes of processing!! But let’s see.. i didn’t have to move house even one time (thank u @ronj_a !!), I switched from gel to shots meaning I no longer have to squeeze my dose between the day’s wetness and sweatness, somehow despite the shy i met lots of cute people & made a few new friends that as with all the friends I’m super happy and excited to have in my life, I learned soooo much including how to develop film (this is one of those rolls!) at @queeranalogdarkroom and despite the hiccups continued to run parties with three of my favourite ppl (@utopiabynight@_posture_xx@getitnaser ) and managed somehow to love each other through it!!? I also did some life planning which I’m proud of since it’s very unlike me, and continued to play cupid at @dearpluto with the help of @mitch_bah@flurofart Jacinta & Steven who I’m so impressed by and grateful for!!! I’m ready for more action and fruition in 2025; manifesting friendship & community, love, boldness, creative work (photography & writing & film!!), motivation to move my body and some financial security would be really nice ty!! 🫶 also manifesting @cuties.wav at @whole.festival (gotta put it out there right??)
Had a sweet afternoon baking, swimming and being shat on by a parakeet whose nest i unwittingly lay my towel under. Hoped my good luck would stop me from getting kicked out of the dizzyingly deep Olympic pool that was only for users of the gym, but it did not 🥲 Once the pool closed I sat up in the stands and watched the sunset with a beer, before changing in the empty men’s rooms with the good light.
