Really created something out of nothing on this one.
This was the last and most complicated renovation of a six unit rental property… legal conversion of a vacant retail space into a sweet studio apartment!
Began assessing existing conditions at the next historic house on Broadway. Turns out the front portico had just a little bit of rot underneath the vinyl 😅
On a positive note, the original siding looks like it can be salvaged!

With this done, we can conduct a water test and finally receive our building permit. Can’t wait to see this one come to life!
