Yes I know that the top tier should have been taped in red I might go over them with a metallic duct tape yet I haven't decided on the decorative scheme.
I say "like 500" but about 15% of my sewing pattern collection are modern (which I define as "has a website on the envelope") so I actually have like 430 vintage sewing patterns and like 80 that aren't vintage.
My babies have babies which I think means I am a grandma now?
(Also these are listed for stupid prices on vintage Etsy - I paid $3 which is literally a small price to pay but given that they are *small* Tupperware, that feels right, or at least more right than the $40 that I saw some listed for.)
The downside to having real real big plush polyhedral dice for DnD is that your dice bag also needs to be real real big, so you use your travel bag, and then when you need to pack for a holiday, you have nowhere to keep your big dumb dice.
It is so so easy to criticise all the weird little things that only we notice about a piece of clothing we have made - a pocket opening too big, a collar too wide - but the truth is, the assumption from 99% of people seeing you wear it is that you bought it like that. They don't know. Every piece of clothing they own they went "good enough" because they had no other choice when it had sleeves that were a little too long, or a shoulder that was a little too tight. My jackets and shirts fit me better than any item of clothing I can buy, even with all the weird little screw ups I made.
Given that we didn't take any actual pictures of our fresh lewks over the weekend, this is probably about as good a visual of my last 3 weeks of sewing as we are going to get.
