Attention, residents! The Art of Possibility Leadership Training, launching in September 2026, is a longitudinal postgraduate program for McMaster residents that uses arts‑based and visual arts methodologies to develop leadership skills through a humanistic lens. The program is designed to address known gaps in postgraduate leadership training and aligns with evidence-based strategies shown to improve leadership development outcomes.
Residents interested in building skills such as emotional intelligence, collaboration, and strategic thinking are encouraged to apply.
Please completed your application by May 15, 2026. Application decisions will be announced June 1, 2026.
