LaughMasters was everything I wanted it to be and more. I always tell the contestants "I want this to be the most fun you've ever had on a show." So just know that behind the silliness and dumb stuff you see onstage and onscreen, we are having the time of our lives.
That wouldn't be possible without so many people who helped us make the show and helped me survive the making of the show. Thank you to the contestants, who each made me laugh countless times and agreed to play this wild game we built for them. LaughMasters would not be possible without Annie Moretto as our new producer who was such an invaluable member of the team from LM1 that we needed her to join fulltime. And of course LaughMasters would be nothing without Matt Clements. I am so fortunate to have met Matt both as a collaborator and friend. Matt is one of the most talented people I have ever worked with, but he is also genuinely curious about other people, quick to commiserate and offer an empathetic ear, and he works as hard on his craft as he does at being a friend.
