I know it’s been a while since I’ve been able to update all of my supporters, but I’m truly blessed to finally announce my transfer from Riverwood to McEachern.
The past 365 days recovering from my ACL injury have been one of the most difficult and humbling seasons of my life. There were days filled with doubt, frustration, pain, and uncertainty, but through every moment, God never took His hand off of me. He gave me strength when I felt weak, peace when my mind was overwhelmed, and purpose through every setback. This journey deepened my faith and reminded me that everything happens for a reason greater than ourselves.
I also want to thank my family for loving me through every stage of this process. Even during the moments I pushed people away or felt like I could handle things alone, they stayed beside me without hesitation. That kind of support is something I’ll never take for granted.
I’ll always be thankful for my time at Riverwood and the memories and lessons it gave me. Over this last year at McEachern, I’ve built strong relationships with my coaches and teammates, and I’m grateful to be surrounded by people who continue to help me grow both on and off the court.
This journey taught me to cherish the game in a completely different way. Basketball can be taken from you in an instant, so every opportunity I get to step on that court now means something deeper to me.
I’m healthy, hungry, grateful, and ready for my senior season. Looking forward to showing everyone the work that was done behind closed doors.
