This week, our MCCNH team is in South Dakota volunteering with the Re-Member on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Throughout the week, they’ll be serving the community through meaningful projects, building connections, and learning more about the rich culture and history of the Lakota people. From moments of reflection to shared experiences, this trip is one that leaves a lasting impact on everyone involved. We’re proud of our students and staff for representing MCCNH through service, compassion, and community.

From concept to creation — here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the incredible work that went into the sculpture unveiled yesterday in the Ben Anderson Memorial Garden. Our senior welding students, alongside their professors, dedicated countless hours to designing, fabricating, and bringing this meaningful piece to life. Every cut, weld, and detail reflects not only their craftsmanship and creativity, but also the care put into honoring Ben’s memory. We’re proud to showcase a few moments from the process and celebrate the talented students and faculty who made this lasting tribute possible.

This Small Business Week, we’re proud to spotlight MCC alum Josh Tulchinsky, owner of @tallautomotive ! 🚗🔧 After earning his Automotive degree from Manchester Community College in 2013, Josh realized that while he had mastered his trade, he also wanted to learn how to successfully run a business. He returned to MCC and earned his Management degree in 2016 — gaining the skills and knowledge that now help him oversee the daily operations and management of his business. Josh founded Tall Automotive in 2015, inspired by the positive experiences and support he found at MCC. More than 10 years later, his business continues to thrive in the community. From hands-on technical training to business leadership skills, MCC helps students turn their passions into careers — and even successful businesses of their own. Congratulations to Josh on his continued success and thank you for representing MCC so well! #SmallBusinessWeek #MCCNH #AutomotiveTechnology #SmallBusinessSuccess
