Honoring my beautiful friend, Jillian Coogan, who left us way too early. A shinning light to me and to so many people. She was an inspiring and spontaneous yoga teacher, and her practice and teaching were truly healing, like Jillian herself. The first time I taught yoga in a studio was at Ganesha Haus, her studio, and sacred space.. She always supported and encouraged my practice and teaching. And where I had doubts, she had none, and put me on the schedule to sub for one of her classes. A special and blissful day that I will always remember. Thank you Jillian. You were a good and dear friend to me whom I’lI always hold in my heart. ❤️🙏🏽
