We are incredibly proud to recognize Caydom Odoms on his recent enlistment into the United States Army.
From our Alumni class that graduated in 2024, Caydom has continued to show determination, courage, and a commitment to building a bright future. He has started basic training at Fort Bragg before pursuing his Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in Cyber Security, an important and highly respected field that will allow him to serve and protect our country in meaningful ways.
Choosing to serve is a selfless decision, and we admire Caydom for taking this next step with strength and purpose. His hard work, character, and dedication have already made a lasting impact, and we know he will continue to accomplish great things in this new chapter of his life.
Please join us in congratulating Caydom and wishing him success, safety, and strength as he begins his journey with the U.S. Army. We are cheering him on every step of the way and could not be more proud.
Happy Easter from all of us at Milwaukee Baseball Club!
We want to take a moment to wish our families, alumni, student-athletes, and dedicated staff a joyful and blessed day. Thank you for being the heart of our community and for continuing to support our mission of building opportunities through sports, education, and the arts. Because of you, we are able to create a space where our youth can grow, learn, and succeed.
Enjoy this special day with your loved ones, and we look forward to seeing everyone back at the facility soon. Let’s keep building together. 💙⚾
Spring is here and so is our MBC Spring Newsletter and trust us, you’re going to want to check this one out. We’re celebrating our 1-Year Anniversary and everything we’ve built together, plus a special visit from Thug Rose that brought energy and inspiration to our community. Get updates on our “Where Are They Now” series as our alumni continue their college journeys, and we’re showing love to our players and coaches heading into the high school season. We’re also sharing what we learned at the RBI Institute and what’s coming next at MBC. This is more than a newsletter it’s the story of our growth, our people, and where we’re headed next. Take a minute and tap in.
We were honored to welcome UFC champion Rose Namajunas to the MBC Community Center for an unforgettable and inspiring visit with our families.
Rose shared her powerful journey from Milwaukee to becoming a two-time champion in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. She spoke about the importance of commitment, facing your fears, and understanding the difference between motivation and discipline, reminding us that while motivation can fade, discipline is what carries you through.
Her story truly resonated with everyone in attendance, especially our youth, showing them what’s possible with hard work, resilience, and belief in yourself.
A special thank you to Chico “The King” Camus for making this incredible opportunity possible for our community. We are grateful to continue providing meaningful experiences that inspire and uplift our families.
