Happened to be our kids Rumi & Juno (12yrs)…
I let them do their thing.
Trompe l’oeil in acrylic.
Rumi’s iconography in the form of skeletons (originally smoking…we edited that out 😅).
And Juno’s ever-watching eye.
Part experiment. Part wearable family artwork. Part chaos. All expression.
Fashion should be fun. Highly recommend letting them loose with a brush!

#CratePartner Partnering with The @crateandbarrel Design Desk to create our tranquil oasis in the middle of bustling NYC was a dream. Now I understand why they cry on home makeover shows! Tears of joy. Buckets! It felt like having a friend with impeccable taste on speed dial—someone who just got us. We visited the store with our designer to try everything out in person, they built mood boards to help us envision it all and truly listened to every detail. Good luck trying to ever get me to leave my home!
