The 2026 ACE Mentor Program Capital Region Michigan session has officially come to a close, and we’re walking away inspired by the creativity, dedication, and talent these students brought to every project.
It has been a privilege to serve as mentors and board members, supporting students as they explored careers in architecture, construction, and engineering, and watching their ideas come to life along the way.
A special congratulations to the winning team, and to our very own Autumn Hendrickson for being recognized as Mentor of the Year, a well-deserved honor!

Construction is moving quickly at Holmes Family Park in Chelsea, Michigan, transforming the former Federal Screw Works property into a vibrant community hub. Based on feedback from over 1,000 community members, we’re implementing loads of recreational amenities, including a skate park, climbing walls, play structures, a flexible pavilion and restroom, sports courts, a hammock grove, and more.
We are honored to partner with Main Street Park Alliance in bringing the community’s dreams to life. The park is set to open this summer, and we can’t wait to celebrate it!
