One of the most common questions we field from athletes is whether prioritizing faith and family comes at a competitive cost.
We think it is exactly the wrong way to frame it. Scripture does not call athletes to divide their loyalty between performance and obedience. It calls them to full effort with a surrendered outcome, and that combination produces a freedom most competitors never find.
We talk a lot about principles here, and we hand out methods and frameworks, but rarely do we pull back the curtain and show you how we actually think.

Coach Tyler sat down and programmed a full training week for one of his athletes, on camera, in real time.
