This is my favourite way right now to cook a quick dinner on those busy OT work nights that pop up!
We try to still eat together even when we OT but it does mean we mostly end up eating at 10pm. 😮💨 Pasta is already quite a quick meal but cooking it in our @mayerspore rice cooker really makes it even more hands off, so we can clear work while it cooks and end work earlier. I put in more effort for this reel to chop fresh veggies but frozen veggies will also work great!!
