Meet the Sparkling Basil Lemonade, our ✹free-spirited✹ take on the Gin Basil, a classic you’ll find all over bars in Lebanon. Bright lemon, fresh basil, super refreshing. 🍋🌿 And if the original with gin is more your thing, we’ve got that too. đŸŽ„: @menacreatorclub

Writing the Maydan cookbook was a family affair. These recipes and other beautiful creations from my family and my restaurants can all be found in the book and would make beautiful additions to your Mother’s Day table 🧡💐

If you look closely, you’ll spot the original blue door from @maydandc watching over our dining room at Maydān LA. 👀 We brought it all the way across the country because there’s a lot of good energy in that door. It’s like a portal between DC and LA, connecting the stories of both Maydāns. 🧿✹📖

Whatever you’re celebrating, make it a night to remember đŸ”„ Our Private Moroccan Tents offer an intimate space reserved just for your group. Step inside, get cozy, and experience Tawle (meaning “table” in Arabic): a generous, family-style feast inspired by the fire, where everything is taken care of so you can simply be present with your people. Designed for groups of 6–8 guests. Reservations available on @opentable . For larger parties, please submit an inquiry through our website.

Grilled Syrian or Lebanese cheese is a staple in the region, and we created our Grilled Halloumi with dukkah and honey as our nod to that tradition. We use local-to-us honey and a dukkah blend of peanuts, seeds, and spices that we created especially for this dish (you can buy the exact blend at @the__sook or online at ). As @bill_addison said, it’s “the first of the small plates to always disappear”. Pics: @nohleftovers
