This song is so special to me. 🥹
It came through when a friend of mine was going through a tough time in life, she left me message saying needed to hear one of my healing songs. 🙏🏽
So I began to record one in a voice note to send over to her, and as I was recording this song, I began to channel this song in the background, It was funning because I had to rush the recording before it went away lol , so as soon as I was done recording the first song I wrote “Angel of Light” in about 10mins. It came through so quick for her. 🙌🏼
I was on honor to sooth her with a song channeled from the divine just for her. ❤️
I hope it soothes your soul like it did for her and does for me. 🥰
On another note, I have been really diving deep into practicing my piano playing lately and had not picked up my guitar for a while, so my calluses had gotten soft before filming this, lol!
So please forgive the fingering as I have to balance rehearsals with 2 instruments, Guitar and Piano!! 🎸🎹

Years ago, at the beginning of my spiritual journey, I fell into the habit of spiritual bypassing. 🙏🏽
I stopped listening to my body.
�I stopped honoring her fear, her anxiety, her pain, her needs.🥲

This week On April 21st, I had the honor of offering a guided meditation and sound healing at Paisley Park, marking the 10-year anniversary of Prince’s passing.
A full circle moment. 💜💫🎶
After years of traveling the world with him as a singer, dancer and choreographer, to return in this way—holding space through sound, stillness, and presence for the Purple Family—was something I don’t take lightly. 🙏🏽
The intention of this mediation was to call in the purple frequency of @prince to bring the vibration of peace, relaxation, expansion and oneness. 🫂
