Birthday week. Wonderful surprises. Got to spend the day with people who mean the most to me. Three birthday cakes, roses and a great lunch.
Saw my contribution - Syrian Christian chammanthis in print in the Chutney book. Wonderful comilation of chutney recipes from all over the country.
Carol singers visit Graceland.
Two small quilts completed.
Contemplation and The Pilgrimage. So satisfying.

7th - 13th December
Christmas. Festive air.
Time for Ayyapan pilgrims to fast and prepare for the pilgrimage.
The swamy dries his clothes away from the rest of the household laundry.
Work on preparing the binding for the Reflect inspired quilt.
The finish is in sight.

So much happening in the sky this week.

An jet flying across - Indigo? Probably not.
Friendly bulbul comes to eat the jewel like berries on this plant.
Delicious jambakas/ice apples and tiny fiery kandaris.

23rd - 29th November 2025.
Catching up with my buddies. A great time.
Great therapy, much needed and came away with some awesome chocolates and orange pickle.
The Reflect quilt top is pieced and appliqued. On with embellishing, quilting and binding.
An 80th birthday.
It's starting to feel a bit like Christmas. The Christmas tree is up and decorated and so also the Nativity hanging.
Been watching a whole lot of Christmas movies. Never knew of this genre. One will never run out of Christmas movies to watch. I've seen 10 or more.

16th - 22nd November 2025
Relocated to warmer climes. Kudhiran tunnel.
The garlic creeper bloomed on Zub's birthday. Brought back memories of Bethsara.
Heavy rain in the evenings. Vety pleadant weather.
Progress with the applique for the Reflect art quilt.
The first fruit on the banana tree brought from Bethsara.
Squirrels entertain us.
