God has the final Word, hallelujah. 🙏🏽 My sister’s faith made 3 people that light up my whole world. Mind blown daily. Never not in amazement.

Your business doesn’t need you to do everything. It needs you to build the structure so it doesn’t have to. Comment SCORECARD and I’ll send you the CEO Dependency Scorecard to see exactly where your business is too dependent on you.

Optimizing for this waistline. Scaling these glutes. Increase my cardio health. 🤪 comment HEALTHY CEO if your business has been running you ragged and you need better systems.

The path to mediocrity is filled with feel good advice that does nothing for your growth. If you’re the friend that turns down drinks when you go out, you get it. If you’re the friend that works through her [non abusive] relationship and decides not to be avoidant, you get it. If you’re the friend that chooses to work 5-9 and weekends after your 9-5, you get it.

This is the longest I’ve gone without *posting consistently* and being in the spotlight. My first year in 7 years not hosting a conference, mastermind, or coaching program. I needed a major reset. I needed to stop thinking about WHAT I wanted (all the material things I’ve been fortunate to attain) and started being vulnerable with God about WHO I wanted to be. Analyzing my character, my decisions, past trauma I never acknowledged as trauma, my story. And rewriting. Realigning. I believe I’m meant to impact hundreds of thousands of women. I believe I’m meant to be on stages. And I believe I’ll do even bigger things than I’ve done in the past. But a higher calling requires a deeper foundation. Who do I want to be at “the top”?
