First shot of Rathdowne street apartment. A kitchen and bathroom renovation with a new plywood-lined vaulted ceiling that maximises the height of the original warehouse shell. An easy job to style thanks to the owner’s beautiful collection of furniture and art
My marquetry work was profiled in this month’s edition of Elle Decor Italia, which includes images of some bedside tables I made for a show with @cgallerycontemporary last year, a coffee table I made in collaboration with @ang_grant and a photo of myself in Serious Artist mode, taken by @nathjlawrence
I’m so proud to be featured - especially in the April Milan Design Week edition, and hope that the copy says nice things about me :) I like how all the Italian words look next to my work

The kitchen and casual dining room at Chester Cottage in Castlemaine. Due to its age and state of disrepair, this was a ground up restoration, with only the vaulted pine ceiling and 3 brick walls retained from the original interior. Height was added to the spaces by excavating down.
Care was taken to reinstate historical accents where appropriate, and introduce contemporary flourishes elsewhere.
