Greetings 🖖 this chill guy doesn’t really reflect my mood lately but felt like sharing this since I never posted it this summer.
Been going thru some difficult life changes and if you thought I disappeared into the void, you’re not wrong. Good thing I’m a lucky bastard and have been fortunate enough to spend some time on a beautiful, quiet ranch in the desert while life stares me in the face.
Otherwise, I’ll be sneaking into @designercon once more as an exhibitor and will hopefully pull enough “dope merch” together for all the fine folks in attendance. Will share some more art leading up to next weekend 🐍 🥷
I had an awesome @tucsoncomiccon this year. Always enjoy the interactions and hangouts during this particular show. It was a pleasure meeting some new friends and I love seeing familiar faces come back to my table each year.

Usagi Yojimbo! Allow me to drool over this comic series for a second here—I simply cannot say enough good things about it.
Diving into the world of Usagi has been an extremely rewarding experience for me. It’s meditative, uplifting, and dynamic, and I have honestly never felt so much joy while reading comics than I have with this one.
It’s also very deep—and it’s the only comic I have ever read that has actually made me cry (that’s a fact). The “mundane” moments of the stories are just as enriching as the action sequences, and it feels like Usagi is your best friend every step of the way. Thank you @stansakai for everything you do!!

I was really looking to get away from my screen for a few days and just throw some dang materials together and color it and make it fun.
