Yesterday attending Alex @zanardiofficial memorial I promised his friend Filippo AKA Filips that Alex legacy was NOT going to end there but instead it would be the BEGINNING of something special that will honor his work forever .
Silently Alex put his heart and souls into @obiettivo3 his Foundation to give athletes with disabilities the opportunity to pursue their dreams through sport.

This is a deeply intimate portrait of Alex Zanardi, former Formula 1 driver and winner of the American Champ Car Series. Alex was already a star when he suffered his near-fatal accident at the Lausitzring in Germany. He lost his legs, but not his spirit. Alex Zanardi came back and achieved the impossible: winning races in the World Touring Car Championship, earning two gold medals at the London 2012 Paralympics and, after, securing many more handbike world titles!
