This music festival is a big thank you to the local community who come together over music and creativity and love! It was an independent event, independantly funded and if you want to support this local movement, they are asking for help to cover the rest of the costs that the festival tickets weren’t able to cover. My name is Max, and I am a maker driven by my vivid imagination and the joy of bringing my ideas into reality. My work blends traditional hands on techniques with modern tools: Leatherworking, 3D design and laser cutting. I am often inspired by the pop culture of my childhood (Sci-Fi & Horror movies, 80’s/90’s cartoons and toys). Every idea is an invitation to push myself into learning more by experimentation, solving problems, and to tell a story through fabrication. I love exploring materials, textures, and technology-whether I am shaping leather by hand, designing a digital model, or reusing discarded technology. Each piece is an invitation to experiment, solve problems, and tell a story through fabrication.

Made a Leather Alien face hugger mask! Steps: Cut out leather, poke holes for stitches, dye leather and sew until your hands hurt! That tail had to be squeezed while both sides were sewn together. Had to do the tail over a period of days to give my hand breaks. So worth it tho!
