Out of hibernation with an end of the year post✌🏼 I didn't really get to look back on 2025 yet due to being busy af. But I think that is part of this years lesson for me anyway. I was doing too much these last years but 2025 humbled me in an exhausting but necessary way 😅 Also had my first ever panic attack and two situations I thought I might actually die in and was surprised how calm I was with that 😄 One was not long after the first picture of this post was taken 😅 Looking back now the only thing I gotta say is THANK YOU to the people that helped me to get throug this. There were a few situations that I really don't know how they would have turned out without you ❤️ Still I managed to have some of the most amazing experiences and actually one that is for sure im the top 3 of my whole life and i am endlessly grateful for that! If I really would have died, I definitely would have walked out with a smile :) Wishing you all the best for 2026 and hope for all of us that the world will turn around to love, respect and peace again. One of the most exciting projects I've worked on so far 🧠 This summer, I had the opportunity to work on a project with my dear friend and neuroscientist Ivan Mindlin, who organized a test run of playing @synch.live with EEGs to measure the electrical brain activity of participants at the Paris Brain Institute. @synch.live is a live-action cooperation game modeled on collective behavior in nature that uses simple rules, wearable technology, and a novel game challenge to prime groups for connection and creative problem-solving. I’m super excited to see what the science of emergence and the game will grow into in the future — and hope to see the lovely people involved again soon :) -- #photography #neuroscience #emergence

Back in business and ready to shoot again 📸 After a year away from freelancing and some side quests, I’m happy to announce that I’m available for bookings again starting today! Since COVID forced me to work in pretty much every field, I want to use this comeback to focus my efforts more on music, science, and social projects. But as you might know, I have a wide spectrum of interests, so feel free to hit me up for any project you think I could contribute to :) I might even loosen my restrictions on weddings… let’s see. Let me show some snow ❄️ Absolutely wonderful first hike of the year! Really loved the moody fog and snow landscape below, but my highlight was the completely iced out forest on top of the Altkönig! This was where my friend was gear-flexing saying he could probably lay down there for a really long time without feeling cold :D Definitely thrilled to upgrade my winter gear now, got the mission to see auroras next winter ^^ - #landscapephotography #nature #winter #snow #hiking

My Grandma ❤️ I was going back and forth between wanting to make this post and not wanting to. But since all the things you see on my page were pretty much only possible to happen due to the support of this wonderful soul, It feels wrong to leave this topic out here. By now I can only say that I am grateful for spending so much time with her these last years and that I had the chance to accompany her so closely in her last months, weeks and days in this world. It was her camera that I grabbed on vacations as a kid, which for the first time lighted a spark for photography in me. About 10 years later she would be my no.1 supporter for turning photography into my Job. I am endlessly thankful for all the facets of life I've gotten to experience and all the lessons I've learned thanks to her. Can't wait to see you again and tell you everything one day. Love you 🖖

Madeira Day 0.1 Roadtrip along the islands coast. My first time standing in a forest that had burned down shortly before and just started recovery. Very different vibe than what I had expected upon arrival but I love the outcome! That's already it with the coast. January Photo Dump 📸 From snowy german winter forests to the sunny coast of Portugal. Had a few nice hikes as preparation for my first little adventure this year, which starts tomorrow ☺ Great start of the year! Hyped for what's coming :)

2023 was an incredibly fast paced year for me. Many ups, many downs and a good amount of surprises. Feels like a year that wasn’t super big, but I think some really big things for me got set in motion and you will see and hear about them early enough in 2024! 1st slide: I’ve spend some great days and nights in the beautiful Rheingau Area this year. Absolutely love the nature there and definitely will be back for a few hikes next hear! 2nd: The time spend with @worldhorizon_org this hear was unusual stressful for me bc of the documentary I am working on, but do feel incredibly good about it! Can’t wait for the next shoot days and the upcoming seminars 🥰 3rd & 4th: This was one of the surprises! The people I’ve met at the INSIGHT conference in Berlin this year were all sooo nice! And shoutout to Daniela who is standing next to me and doesn’t have instagram! This brilliant mind of hers and I started a project together that I hopefully can tell you more about soon. Slide four is Ph.D. Matt Johnson who I was very happy to photograph and especially with this great enthusiastic smile! One for the Books :) 5th: My favorite picture from my trip to Barcelona. 6th: Two photo highlights. I didn’t have that on my plan, but I was very happy to shoot @jidsv who is one of my favorite artists and @omah_lay this year! 7th: Big Thanks to @freak_de_lafrique and especially the @yunbinos for some incredible nights this year! Enjoy your nye party tonight! 9th: One of my favorite pictures from my time in Berlin which was so densely packed but and eventful but also so freeing and me in a cozy and relaxed Amsterdam living room playing the piano. Great time with @majarehhahn 😊 10th: Unfortunately it was during a time when I was heavily overworked and I think you can see that, but I’ve gotten portraits of myself from the great @maxsonnenschein_official who I really admire for his portraits! I’m SO ready for 2024 and can’t wait to show you some things that I have up my sleeve! All the best to you out there ❤️

About a year ago I’ve started putting thoughts into shooting my first documentary. In July I’ve started shooting and now I have the first teaser for you to check out on my website 🙌🏻 (Link in my bio) It’s been such a great journey so far and I am so grateful to be allowed to work with these four wonderful young individuals you see in the picture and the amazing team from @worldhorizon_org on this! Shooting will continue until October next year and my plan is to release it around Christmas 2024. More information is coming early next year. For now I want to wish you happy holidays and a fantastic start of 2024! 24/7 meant carrying 24kg for 7 days over a total distance of 100km in this case 😄 Yes, especially the 21km day was quite exhausting, but I had a wonderful time on my first long distance hike through the palatinate forest! I am very sure I will do trips like this more often in the future once I tweaked my gear a little bit 😄 Met wonderful people, found a ton of great tasting Mushrooms and saw wonderful landscapes just 3h from Frankfurt ☺️ Now I will give myself a little bit more off time to recover from the pretty burned out state I was in until just a week ago, but I already feel A LOT better and am already very excited for the upcoming photo and video projects!
