Race recap of the @transgrancanaria (46km D+ 1.700m / D- 2.900m)
I was invited with my best friend @multeschamony to join @bergfreunde and @thenorthfacede on Gran Canaria for the Marathon.
Quite the ride… the race started in the mountains, wet and in between rainbows and slippery trails. Continued through arid lands all the way down to the coastal town of Maspalomas.
46km of steep technical downhills and uphill breaks. The terrain was ankle twisting and rough on the legs.
Nonetheless an unmatched experience, especially in the solid Race-kit by TNF. Loved every minute of running on the island. The good company was matched by an incredible crew: @frauwunder_@david.ferk@dasshaaron@_ballerinas_world@girl.next.outdoor
