Catching sparks. I just love that thought. That we all have this energy that we exude and that energy lands on the shoulders of those around us. That just being around each other can change us. Add momentum. Bring light. The thing with communing with other women in a creative space is that all the sparks they give off land on you. And yours on them. And you get to take all that light that’s within you and carry it with you out into the world and throughout your days. This shoot from Muse was all about playful exploring, movement, freedom and curiosity and I love everything that’s come of it. I’ve had lots of beautiful exchanges and conversations with the women I met at Muse and that’s really the magic of these gatherings. I feel the hum of that day still. We all need each other. We crave deep connection. We add to each other’s lives. Invest in your own heart. It’s worth all the effort and time and more.
