The Missouri House of Representatives has passed HB 2061, which would expand the definition of antisemitism to include certain criticisms of the State of Israel. This includes comparisons to past genocides, undeniably restricting how these issues can be discussed in educational settings.
Academic freedom is under attack and the ability of students and educators to engage in open dialogue about international human rights and state violence is being silenced.
We have to ensure this bill does not make it through the senate!
Is Israel really a queer “safe haven”? Maxi Glamour, Commissioner of the Civil Rights Enforcement Agency (St. Louis), breaks down how pinkwashing is used to distract from occupation, apartheid, and the daily oppression of Palestinians. Comments promoting violence or vulgarity will be deleted.

@altball.stl was such an iconic moment. Being dressed by @lecozynest was an absolute dream! I felt so magical in the transformation! I can’t wait to wear another one of her pieces soon! 🧚🏽💕💙

The fight against the Armory Goodwill data center is not over either, stay tuned for more ways to fight back!
@getfaeded is a high fantasy dance party, musical showcase, and artshow highlighting femmes, Queers, and people of color. A central tenant of Faeded is using fantasy as an allegory for change and radical imagination. I’m so excited that we’ve invited @adamleolayne the treasurer of St. Louis to join the event. The Treasurer‘s office will be there helping folks magically disappear up to $100 of parking ticket fees, he’ll also be helping folks learn about the new Gateway ID that will allow trans folks to get appropriate gender markers on their id, unhoused people and immigrants have a form of id to be used for non-driving and non-voting purposes! This is going to be the most MAGICAL faeded June 5th at @camstl
One year after the deadly tornado, residents are being kicked out of shelter and onto the streets. Residents living on the streets are having their temporary homes demolished and possessions thrown in the trash by the city. All while the city praises making way for ‘development’.
This cycle of treating developers like kings and unhoused residents like garbage needs to end now.
Contribute to the emergency tent and supply drive to get people supplies urgently needed before this weekends rain and join us on testifying to fund housing in the city budget.
I’m not supposed to let anyone see these so keep it quiet and don’t let @lecozynest know that I shared clips of these custom gowns that I’ll be wearing soon. You may or may not see me wearing one soon, but you didn’t hear it from me!! 🫣
@getfaeded is a wild high-fantasy costumed dance party and social gathering for mythical femmes, thems, and people of color. It is an escape from normalcy and a journey into fabulousness, enchantment, and radical self-expression.
This upcoming Faeded features a psychedelic fantasy opera written and produced by Maxi Glamour, blending drag, vogue, live music, dance, and theatrical spectacle in a bold Queer BIPOC-centered collaboration with the Contemporary Art Museum.
June 5th, enter a world of fairies, glamour, decadence, illusion, and rebellion as local performers transform the museum into a realm of whimsy and radicality.
