Let’s be real you can do all the ab workouts in the world, but if you don’t fix your diet, your belly won’t budge.
This workout will strengthen your core and help tighten the area, but fat loss happens when your overall body fat goes down and that comes from eating better.
Focus on:
-High-protein meals
-More whole foods Think: veggies, fruits, eggs, oats, brown rice, chicken, fish, beans, potatoes, etc.
The less processed, the better.
Most of all be consistent and you will see results! 🔥

some of these mistakes slowed down my progress A LOT postpartum… maybe you’ll relate 🥺👇🏾
1. Trying to lose weight as fast as possible
I thought I needed intense cardio, tiny meals and endless motivation to get my body back after kids 😭 Ohhh boy was I wrong!!!
First of all… there’s no “getting your old body back.” That version of me was gone. I had to rebuild a new version of myself mentally & physically but I didn’t want to accept that.
Instead, I was exhausted, inconsistent and constantly restarting every Monday.
2. Waiting for the perfect time
As a mum, life NEVER slows down 😭 there will always be kids, laundry, stress, work and responsibilities.
I had to stop waiting for life to get easier and learn how to fit fitness into my REAL life.
3. Punishing my body instead of building it
Everything changed when I stopped trying to shrink myself and started focusing on strength, protein, structure and consistency.
That’s when I finally started losing weight sustainably and feeling confident in my body again 🥹
