Founded in 2017, Relentless Melt is a Hong Kong-based society dedicated to abstract and experimental animation and has since held screenings at festivals and events worldwide. @max_hattler is an abstract animator and professor at the School of Creative Media at City University of Hong Kong. @maxb0den is a Motion Designer based in Hamburg and a Part-Time Teacher at Zhejiang Wanli University. New release !!!! Topos (ost) #linkinbio Composed in 2021, the Topos soundtrack underscores Max Bodendorf’s experimental, non-narrative animation. The film explores the hidden architectures of integrated circuit dies, turning microscopic details into vast urban landscapes and megastructures. Patterns repeat, scales overlap, and flows of information move like veins across a living grid. The soundtrack matches these visuals with dense textures and immersive soundscapes, highlighting the monumental feel of the microcosm. The music emphasizes the tension between immense and minute, creating a contemplative space that expands the abstract structures on screen.
