The new Matte Office - yes we’ve moved alot, I won’t recount that saga. This one feels right, has been fun, and I believe is a good representation of who we are today.
Crosby and Howard has always been one of my favorite New York City blocks, come visit, 10 Crosby.
For one, beyond the specialty build services we handled it internally top to bottom, no architect, no interior designer, etc. A shout out to a project manager will come at the end.
It’s a blend or our archive and new additions, art and furniture. We have a semi democratic approach to how acquisitions are made, and over the years it’s cool to see how it all works together. We would be a bigger building to put it all on display, but what’s showing now is fun, and will change I suppose with the seasons.
When I look back on the 12 14 15 years who’s counting with
@maxapo @mrowean the office is just a place to hang your hat, but it does give some historical parameters to where we were at that time, I’d rather be here then working from home. I don’t really count that chapter or it would be a variety of domiciles.
Longest marriage I’ve been a part of, sometimes going through the strife, which is ever present, is worth it. We each play our roles and as a result the arena grows.
