Took my old man to see The Godfather in 35mm at UCPAC. For context, last time he saw the movie in theaters was opening night 53 years ago. He told me he could’ve read two books in Vietnam, the Bible or Mario Puzo’s The Godfather… so he read the Godfather 6 times.
Spent my birthday week traveling cross country to see my favorite band. @andrewmanthing and I saw a lot of cool shit along the way and laughed ourselves to sleep most nights.
