This was a two-day production, and my team worked overnight to ensure every element came together flawlessly. What wasn’t captured is just as important as what you see here.
At 10PM, we realized the stage provided by the venue was incorrect. We had to quickly source a new one and have it delivered that same night so our custom backdrop could be built on time. Our builder was only available that evening, so delaying until the next day was not an option. I spent hours on the phone coordinating, and we secured it.
The ceremony ceiling came with its own challenges. Even when told it couldn’t be done, I knew the bride was expecting that ceiling design, and not delivering it was never an option. Just hours before the ceremony, our draping team worked tirelessly to bring it to life.
There are so many moments like these that go unseen. The pressure, the problem-solving, the late nights… all to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
The end result was refined, effortless, and unforgettable.
