Vegan 3 meats breakfast casserole! I used to eat these so often when I was working in a restaurant and not vegan yet. It’s potatoes, sausages, bacon and ham with hollandaise sauce covered with melted cheese with an egg on top! Obviously here it’s an all vegan version with

@lightlifefoods Smart Bacon,
@the_tofurky_company Smoked Ham,
@violife_foods Mozzarella style shreds (forgot it on the ingredients picture) and tried scrambled
@justegg on top. As for the hollandaise I made the recipe by
@thecuriouschickpea using silken tofu. This is some serious breakfast!

Assiette déjeuner 3 viandes végane! J’en mangeais tellement souvent quand je travaillais dans un restaurant avant d’être végane! C’est des patates, saucisses, bacon, jambon avec une sauce hollandaise, le tout gratiné avec un œuf sur le dessus! Évidemment ici c’est une version végétalienne avec les saucisses Brunch
