i’ve wanted to make porchetta for as long as i can remember. i was daunted by the task and execution but it was truly as easy as it gets. simple technique and the oven does all the work. highly recommend tackling this one for a get together or picnic sandwiches - one of the best things i’ve ever eaten. part 2 tomorrow!

go to meal when i’m not sure what to cook and i’m looking to use up some stuff i have in my fridge. i always try to keep some tuna in the cupboard - it makes for an easy base for any meal or snack!
